Terms of Service

By using Linkygo (the "Service") you agree to the terms below. The Service is operated by Selin Saygılı.

Account

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account, and for the security of that account (password, sessions). You may not use the Service if you are under 13.

Permitted Use

You may not use the Service to share unlawful content, impersonate others, distribute spam or malicious links, or infringe the rights of third parties. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or permanently deleted.

Plans and Payments

The Free plan is free of charge. The Premium plan is billed on the cycle you choose (monthly or yearly) and is processed through an authorised payment service provider. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests after payment are assessed under applicable consumer legislation.

Responsibility for Content

You alone are responsible for everything you publish on your profile (links, text, images). You confirm that you hold the necessary licences and rights for all content you upload, including fonts. You can report copyright infringement or unlawful content through the "Report" link in the footer of the profile in question, or by writing to contact@linkygo.app; reported content is reviewed by an administrator and removed where necessary.

Changes to and Termination of the Service

We may change or remove features in order to improve the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is given that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
